You can also submit the task via the steps below:
1. Log in to your BMKCloud account
2. Click Bioinformatics > APPs > mRNA (Reference) > Open accordingly
3. Enter your project name
4. select your data.
5. Select the main parameters for the analysis workflow
6. Select the reference genome.
7. select parameters for the different expression analysis
8. organize your samples into groups and select control and treatment groups.
9. submit the task
