GWAS
Genome-wide association study (GWAS) aims to identify loci associated with specific traits or phenotypes, often of economic or human health importance. The BMKCloud GWAS pipelines require a list of identified genomic variants and a list of phenotypic variations. After quality control of phenotypes and genotypes, different statistical models are applied to perform association analysis. The pipeline also includes population structure analysis, linkage disequilibrium, and kinship estimation.
