Great work on the first spatiotemporal atlas of floral development!
In this paper, Prof. Ji-Qi’s group, Fudan Univerisity, and Guoce-Chun’s group, Jiangxi Agriculture University announced the first spatiotemporal atlas of orchid flowers, where 10X Visium technology was applied to reveal the complex molecular mechanism of flower development, identify multiple cell types of early floral development and construct detailed pseudotime trajectory of cell differentiation.
