Demo Result
Experiment result: using TGuide S16 with reagent TGuide Smart Universal DNA Kit (4993704) to automatically extract the genomic DNA of multiple samples including cell, tissue, blood, dried blood spot (DBS) , Lactobacillus, E.coli, saliva, and swab,etc, achieved good yield and high purity. The OD260/OD280 around 1.7~1.9, and OD260/OD230＞1.6.
