Class 5|visualizing key pathways and WGCNA with real data

In this session, we explored advanced techniques for enhancing image presentations using volcano plots and heatmaps to emphasize key pathways. 
Additionally, we conducted a Weighted Gene 
Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA) to identify important gene modules and interpret their biological significance, all using real data.
